The Sussex Central Golden Knights basketball team (Georgetown, DE), was nudged 25-18 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE)
The Wildcats now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seaford for a Henlopen - Southern battle on Thursday, February 15. Delmar will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 59-45 league win over Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Bluejays record now stands at 13-6.
The Golden Knights (0-17) will now prepare for their battle against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Riders come into the Henlopen - Northern battle with a 6-12 record. In their last battle, Caesar Rodney was nudged by Middletown (Middletown, DE), 42-41, in a non-league battle.
