North Dakota High School Basketball - Shanley can't hold off Sheyenne

The Sheyenne Mustangs basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Shanley Deacons to 63 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fargo Davies for a AA East contest on Friday, February 16. Sheyenne will battle a Eagles team coming off a 65-48 league win over Fargo North (Fargo, ND). The Eagles record now stands at 15-2.
The Deacons (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Red River (Grand Forks, ND). The Roughriders enter the AA East contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, Red River nudged West Fargo (West Fargo, ND), 70-37, in a league contest.
