The Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA) basketball toppled the host Boston College High Eagles (Boston, MA), 69-56 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they host North Andover for a non-league bout on Sunday, February 16. Newton North will play a Scarlet Knights team coming off a 72-41 non-league win over Charlestown (Charlestown, MA). The Scarlet Knights record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Boston College High falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Eagles host Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-13.
