Early Panthers (Morrisville, MO) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Billings Wildcats (Billings, MO), 41-38 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Early advances its record to 7-14 on the year. The Panthers travel to Jasper (Jasper, MO) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, February 17. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-15. Jasper lost 56-46 in their recent league test against Lakeland (Deepwater, MO)

The Wildcats (14-9) will now prepare for their test against School of the Ozarks (Point Lookout, MO). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 5-16 record. In their last test, School of the Ozarks held off Niangua (Niangua, MO), 72-49, in a league test.
