Arizona High School Basketball - Mountain Ridge thwarts Highland

The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) basketball knocked off the visiting Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ), 54-35 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Mountain Lions (18-8) will now prepare for their test against Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 21-8 record. In their last test, Dobson notched a victory over Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ), 56-37, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 13-12 record.
