The Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) basketball were winner over the visiting Pecatonica Indians (Pecatonica, IL), 73-65 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 18-11 record. They play next when they host Naperville North for a DuPage Valley bout on Wednesday, February 19. Neuqua Valley will play a Huskies team coming off a 66-57 league loss to Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 17-13.

With the loss, Pecatonica falls to 26-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Lena-Winslow (Lena, IL) to play the Panthers in a Northwest Upstate Illini - North bout on Monday, February 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 18-8. Lena-Winslow won 72-43 in their recent league bout against Pearl City (Pearl City, IL)
