Kentucky High School Basketball - Marion County ripped by Larue County

February 16, 2024: Lebanon, KY 40033

The Larue County Hawks basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Marion County Knights to 55 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iroquois for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Larue County will battle a Raiders team coming off a 67-56 non-league loss to Atherton (Louisville, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 5-18.

The Knights (4-21) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 16-10 record. In their last contest, Trinity Christian Academy was routed by West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 77-51, in a league contest.
