The Eastview Lightning basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Burnsville Blaze to 38 in the Lightning league victory on Friday.
The Lightning now sport a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeville North for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Eastview will battle a Panthers team coming off a 81-41 league win over Farmington (Farmington, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 19-5.
The Blaze (8-16) will now prepare for their contest against Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Wildcats come into the AAAA Section 3 contest with a 14-10 record. In their last contest, Eagan triumphed over Moorhead (Moorhead, MN), 62-48, in a non-league contest.
