The Herington Railroaders basketball team (Herington, KS), was routed 77-28 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Wabaunsee Chargers (Alma, KS)

The Chargers now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Marys for a Mid-East battle on Tuesday, February 20. Wabaunsee will battle a Bears team coming off a 46-18 non-league win over Council Grove (Council Grove, KS). The Bears record now stands at 10-8.

The Railroaders (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Lyndon (Lyndon, KS). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 10-10 record. In their last battle, Lyndon was routed by Madison (Madison, KS), 51-48, in a non-league battle.
