Texas High School Softball - Nimitz can't hold off Summer Creek

The Summer Creek Bulldogs softball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Nimitz Vikings to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Summer Creek improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Clear Springs (League City, TX) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 17. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 1-0. Clear Springs won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against St. Agnes Academy (Houston, TX)
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 18. Nimitz will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 2-1 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Montwood (El Paso, TX).
