Minnesota High School Basketball - Anoka knocked off by Rogers

The Rogers Royals basketball team scored 91 points and held the visiting Anoka Tornadoes to 71 in the Royals non-league triumph on Friday.
The Royals now sport a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elk River for a AAAA Section 8 contest on Tuesday, February 21. Rogers will meet a Elks team coming off a 91-58 non-league loss to Andover (Andover, MN). The Elks record now stands at 10-11.
The Tornadoes (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson enter the non-league contest with a 16-6 record. In their last contest, Maple Grove ran past Champlin Park (Champlin, MN), 63-28, in a league contest.
