In Friday's non-league match, the host Hitchcock County Falcons basketball team scored a decisive 81-34 triumph over the South Platte Blue Knights.
In their next game, the Falcons meet the Cambridge Trojans (Cambridge, NE) in a D1 District 11 match, on Tuesday, February 21. Hitchcock County will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 11-12 record after their 46-43 non-league loss to Bertrand (Bertrand, NE).
With the defeat, South Platte moves to 6-14 on the year.
