Lee-Scott Academy Warriors (Auburn, AL) followers went home happy Monday as they saw their soccer squad knock off the host Benjamin Russell Wildcats (Alexander City, AL), 3-1 in a non-league battle.

The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Lincoln, AL). The Golden Bears enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Lincoln by Southside (Gadsden, AL), 6-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Holtville Bulldogs (Deatsville, AL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 21. Benjamin Russell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Valley (Valley, AL).
