The Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) basketball were winner over the visiting Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets (Beverly Hills, MI), 73-59 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Big Reds now possess a 15-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Clemens for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 19. Chippewa Valley will play a Battling Bathers team coming off a 70-42 non-league loss to New Haven (New Haven, MI). The Battling Bathers record now stands at 2-4.
