In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Conestoga Pioneers basketball team scored a close 40-38 triumph over the Council Rock South Golden Hawks.

The Pioneers (20-6) will now prepare for their contest against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 22-3 record. In their last contest, Perkiomen Valley nipped Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA), 52-6, in a non-league contest.
