The Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) basketball crushed the host Deerfield Warriors (Deerfield, IL), 56-26 in Friday's league test.
The Titans (16-11) will now prepare for their test against Schurz (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Schurz was trounced by Chicago Vocational (Chicago, IL), 55-33, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 1-18 record. They play next when they travel to Mundelein for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Deerfield will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 48-28 non-league loss to Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-14.
