The St. Raphael Academy Saints tipped the visiting East Providence Townies basketball team by a final score of 47-44 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Saints face the Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) in a Division 1 game, on Thursday, February 8. St. Raphael Academy will attempt to move on its 2-13 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 11-8 record after their 55-49 league loss to Juanita Sanchez Complex (Providence, RI).

With the defeat, East Providence moves to 3-13 on the year. The Townies travel to Scituate (North Scituate, RI) to face the Spartans in a Division 1 game on Monday, February 5. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 4-11. Scituate lost 52-44 in their recent league game against Westerly (Westerly, RI)
