The Rockridge Rockets (Taylor Ridge, IL) basketball crushed the host Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL), 70-35 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Rockets now possess a 20-10 record. They play next when they host Illinois Valley Central for a non-league bout on Friday, February 21. Rockridge will play a Grey Ghosts team coming off a 68-48 non-league loss to El Paso-Gridley (El Paso, IL). The Grey Ghosts record now stands at 13-17.
With the loss, Alleman falls to 4-26 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Mercer County (Aledo, IL) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 24. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-17.
