Michigan High School Basketball - Alcona thwarted by Roscommon

The Alcona Tigers basketball team (Lincoln, MI), was toppled 45-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Roscommon Bucks (Roscommon, MI)

The Bucks now possess a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine River Area for a Highland battle on Thursday, February 22. Roscommon will confront a Bucks team coming off a 55-41 non-league loss to Lakeview (Lakeview, MI). The Bucks record now stands at 7-11.

The Tigers (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Standish-Sterling was toppled by Hemlock (Hemlock, MI), 56-30, in a league battle.
