The Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ) basketball nipped the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, NJ), 62-57 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (13-11) will now prepare for their test against Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 18-8 record. In their last test, Howell got by West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ), 55-11, in a non-league game.
With the defeat, Princeton moves to 16-9 on the year.
