Michigan High School Basketball - Adams succumbs to Avondale

The Avondale Yellowjackets defeated the visiting Adams Highlanders basketball squad by a final score of 53-45 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Yellowjackets clash with the Lamphere Rams (Madison Heights, MI) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 25. Avondale will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Rams come into the outing with a 8-12 record after their 40-26 league loss to Clawson (Clawson, MI).

The Highlanders (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against Athens (Troy, MI). The Red Hawks come into the Oakland - Blue outing with a 6-13 record. In their last outing, Athens was defeated by Berkley (Berkley, MI), 50-43, in a league outing.
