The Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) basketball edged the visiting Academy of St. Elizabeth Panthers (Convent Station, NJ), 56-51 in Saturday's league bout.
The Golden Panthers now possess a 3-9 record.
With the loss, Academy of St. Elizabeth falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to The Pingry School (Martinsville, NJ) to play the Big Blue in a non-league bout on Friday, February 28. The Big Blue go into the bout with a record of 6-2.
