The North Central Jets basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Bark River-Harris Broncos to 48 in the Jets non-league victory on Friday.
The Jets now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menominee for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 28. North Central will battle a Maroons team coming off a 68-50 non-league win over St.Ignace (St. Ignace, MI). The Maroons record now stands at 10-11.
The Broncos (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against North Dickinson (Felch, MI). The Nordics come into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, North Dickinson was routed by Republic-Michigamme (Republic, MI), 57-17, in a non-league contest.
