In Wednesday's league contest, the host Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls basketball team scored a good 48-34 triumph over the Keansburg Titans.
The Garnet Gulls (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against New Providence (New Providence, NJ). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, New Providence topped STEMCivics (Ewing, NJ), 85-33, in a non-league contest.
