The St. Augustine Saints baseball squad (San Diego, CA), was edged 5-4 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Maranatha Minutemen (Pasadena, CA)

The Minutemen (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 2-3 record.

In their next game, the Saints confront the Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 28. St. Augustine will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
