The Providence Day Chargers lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Cuthbertson Cavaliers to 4 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chargers now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marvin Ridge for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. Providence Day will clash with a Mavericks squad coming off a 14-5 non-league win over Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Cuthbertson falls to 0-1 on the year. The Cavaliers host Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 10. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
