Virginia High School Basketball - Peninsula Catholic thwarts Virginia Episcopal School

The Peninsula Catholic Knights (Newport News, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA), 58-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Knights (27-7) will now prepare for their test against Steward (Richmond, VA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 20-7 record. In their last test, Steward went down by Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA), 66-47, in a non-league test.

The Bishops now own a 9-25 record.
