The McMinn Central Chargers (Englewood, TN) basketball crushed the visiting Bledsoe County Warriors (Pikeville, TN), 83-12 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 27-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tellico Plains for a 2A District 3 bout on Monday, March 3. McMinn Central will play a Bears team coming off a 76-52 non-league win over Tyner Academy (Chattanooga, TN). The Bears record now stands at 15-10.

With the loss, Bledsoe County falls to 6-19 on the campaign.
