Georgia High School Basketball - Morgan County can't hold off Murray County

February 28, 2025: Chatsworth, GA 30705

Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA), 71-66 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Murray County upgrades its record to 30-1 on the year. The Indians travel to Hardaway (Columbus, GA) to face the Hawks in a non-league match on Thursday, March 6. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 25-6. Hardaway won 65-45 in their recent non-league match against Josey (Augusta, GA)

The Bulldogs now sport a 21-10 record.
