Texas High School Basketball - The Colony over Frisco

Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX) and the visiting Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX), saw The Colony's basketball squad overcome Frisco by a tally of 46-34.

With the victory, The Colony improves its record to 24-9 on the campaign. The Cougars host Wakeland (Frisco, TX) to confront the Wolverines in a 5A Region II District 9 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 10-24. Wakeland lost 45-34 in their recent league challenge against Frisco (Frisco, TX)

Next up, the Raccoons confront the Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Frisco will attempt to improve on its 19-11 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 16-15 record after their 66-9 league win over Turner (Carrollton, TX).
