The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lone Grove Longhorns (Lone Grove, OK) and the visiting Byng Pirates (Ada, OK), observed Lone Grove's basketball team overcome Byng by a margin of 48-36.

The Longhorns (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Rock Creek (Bokchito, OK). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 12-9 record. In their last challenge, Rock Creek defeated Moyers (Moyers, OK), 46-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Plainview Indians (Ardmore, OK) in a Lake Country challenge, on Friday, February 7. Byng will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 60-42 league loss to Kingston (Kingston, OK).
