With the victory, Waldron advances its record to 12-11 on the year. The Bulldogs host Clarksville (Clarksville, AR) to meet the Panthers in a 4A Region 4 match on Friday, February 7. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 8-15.

The Bearcats now own a 3-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ozark for a 4A Region 4 match on Wednesday, February 5. Mena will meet a Hillbillies squad coming off a 43-39 league loss to Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR). The Hillbillies record now stands at 8-16.
