The West Harrison Hawkeyes (Mondamin, IA) basketball nipped the host Boyer Valley Bulldogs (Dunlap, IA), 58-52 in Monday's league test.
The Hawkeyes (8-14) will now prepare for their test against Woodbury Central (Moville, IA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 3-17 record. In their last test, Woodbury Central was tipped by Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA), 53-45, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-17 record. They play next when they host Riverside for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8. Boyer Valley will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 52-43 league win over Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-10.
