The Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) basketball crushed the host Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA), 69-14 in Monday's league test.
The Falcons (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA). The Raging Rhinos go into the test with a 14-11 record. In their last test, Twelve Bridges walloped Center (Antelope, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
The Bruins now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Wheatland for a test on Wednesday, February 8. Bear River will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 97-17 league loss to Marysville (Marysville, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-8.
