With the victory, Escanaba upgrades its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Eskymos travel to Calumet (Calumet, MI) to play the Copper Kings in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Copper Kings come into the bout with a record of 9-7. Calumet lost 57-44 in their recent non-league bout against Negaunee (Negaunee, MI)

Next up, the Flivvers play the Marquette Redmen (Marquette, MI) in a Great Northern U.P. bout, on Friday, February 9. Kingsford will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Redmen come into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 49-41 league loss to Menominee (Menominee, MI).
