The Fort Gibson Tigers trounced the host Hilldale Hornets basketball team by a tally of 58-19 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ada for a non-league battle on Friday, February 9. Fort Gibson will confront a Cougars team coming off a 64-27 non-league loss to Tuttle (Tuttle, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 8-13.
The Hornets (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Beggs (Beggs, OK). The Demons come into the non-league battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Beggs was overwhelmed by Henryetta (Henryetta, OK), 51-45, in a non-league battle.
