In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Custer Wildcats basketball team scored a good 49-30 triumph over the Hot Springs Bison.

The Wildcats (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Broncs go into the A Region 8 contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Belle Fourche was toppled by Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD), 58-39, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bison confront the Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 10. Hot Springs will attempt to better on its 2-12 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 14-2 record after their 61-28 non-league win over Hay Springs (Hay Springs, NE).
