The Matawan Regional Huskies basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Colts Neck Cougars to 44 in the Huskies league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskies now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shore Regional for a Shore C - South contest on Thursday, February 9. Matawan Regional will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 61-51 non-league win over Brick Memorial (Brick, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-6.
