In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) basketball squad edged the host Phillipsburg Stateliners (Phillipsburg, NJ), by a count of 33-26.
The Red Devils (8-17) will now prepare for their outing against North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ). The Lions go into the Skyland - Raritan outing with a 8-11 record.
The Stateliners now hold a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Warren Hills Regional for a non-league outing on Friday, February 10. Phillipsburg will clash with a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 64-50 non-league win over Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 13-9.
