The Champlin Park Rebels basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Blaine Bengals to 47 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rebels now sport a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centennial for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 14. Champlin Park will meet a Cougars team coming off a 55-48 non-league win over Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 13-8.
The Bengals (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Spring Lake Park nudged Osseo (Osseo, MN), 74-68, in a league contest.
