The Cadillac Vikings basketball team (Cadillac, MI), was nudged 56-53 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Gaylord Blue Devils (Gaylord, MI)
The Blue Devils now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Traverse City Central for a Big North battle on Friday, February 9. Gaylord will battle a Trojans team coming off a 53-50 league win over Alpena (Alpena, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 11-3.
The Vikings (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Northmen come into the Big North battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Petoskey was nudged by Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI), 54-29, in a non-league battle.
