The Perrydale Pirates basketball squad (Amity, OR), was nudged 58-55 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lyle Cougars (Lyle, WA)
With the victory, Lyle advances its record to 2-4 on the year. The Cougars host South Wasco County (Maupin, OR) to meet the Redsides in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Redsides enter the battle with a record of 18-4.
The Pirates now own a 4-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Livingstone Adventist Academy for a 1A Casco battle on Thursday, February 13.
