The Manchester Memorial Crusaders basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Keene Blackbirds to 36 in the Crusaders league triumph on Thursday.
The Crusaders now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portsmouth for a Division I contest on Friday, February 10. Manchester Memorial will meet a Clippers team coming off a 56-49 league win over Goffstown (Goffstown, NH). The Clippers record now stands at 7-5.
The Blackbirds (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Nashua South (Nashua, NH). The Purple Panthers enter the Division I contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Nashua South ran past Dover (Dover, NH), 75-70, in a league contest.
