New Hampshire High School Basketball - White Mountains topped by Newfound Regional

The Newfound Regional Bears basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting White Mountains Spartans to 37 in the Bears league victory on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newport for a Division III contest on Friday, February 10. Newfound Regional will battle a Tigers team coming off a 67-57 league win over Hillsboro-Deering (Hillsboro, NH). The Tigers record now stands at 5-7.
The Spartans (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mascoma (Canaan, NH). The Royals come into the Division III contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Mascoma prevailed over Berlin (Berlin, NH), 68-35, in a league contest.
