North Carolina High School Basketball - Eno River edged by Oxford Prep

The Eno River Bobcats basketball team (Hillsborough, NC), was nudged 57-50 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC)

The Griffins now possess a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Henderson Collegiate for a 1A Triangle North battle on Tuesday, February 13. Oxford Prep will confront a Pride team coming off a 82-60 league loss to Voyager (Durham, NC). The Pride record now stands at 10-9.

The Bobcats (9-14) will now prepare for their battle against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC). The Knights come into the 1A Triangle North battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Vance Charter edged Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC), 76-36, in a league battle.
