The Harwood Highlanders (Moretown, VT) basketball edged the visiting Middlebury Tigers (Middlebury, VT), 57-50 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Highlanders now possess a 21-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hartford for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 5. Harwood will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 68-49 non-league win over Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT). The Hurricanes record now stands at 20-3.
With the loss, Middlebury falls to 13-9 on the campaign.
