Texas High School Softball - Groveton bounces Rogers

The Groveton Indians (Groveton, TX) softball routed the visiting Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX), 10-4 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Indians now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brookeland for a 1A Region III District 23 outing on Friday, March 7. Groveton will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Hemphill (Hemphill, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX). The Bumblebees enter the 3A Region III District 19 challenge with a 8-7 record.
