California High School Softball - Hueneme defeated by San Marcos

The Hueneme Vikings softball squad (Oxnard, CA), was routed 12-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA)

With the triumph, San Marcos improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Royals travel to Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA) to face the Spartans in a Channel contest on Tuesday, March 4. The Spartans enter the contest with a record of 3-1. Rio Mesa won 12-7 in their recent non-league contest against Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA)

The Vikings now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Paula for a Citrus Coast contest on Tuesday, March 11.
