Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting La Mirada Matadores (La Mirada, CA), 10-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Millikan upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Rams travel to Lakewood (Lakewood, CA) to play the Lancers in a Moore game on Thursday, March 13. The Lancers enter the game with a record of 1-1.

The Matadores now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Norco for a non-league game on Saturday, March 1. La Mirada will play a Cougars squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-0.
