The Golden Hawks now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bakersfield for a Southwest Yosemite challenge on Tuesday, March 15. Centennial will battle a Drillers squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA). The Drillers record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Independence falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA) to battle the Eagles in a South Yosemite challenge on Wednesday, March 16. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-5. Bakersfield Christian lost 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Garces Memorial (Bakersfield, CA)
